- Delivery: 4-10 business days via USPS/UPS with tracking.

- We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll help resolve issues.

Returns & Exchanges
- 14-day return window from delivery for exchanges only (no refunds to keep prices low).
- Items must be unworn, with tags.
- Buyer pays return shipping; we'll cover exchange shipping.
- Email support@usamenity.store with order # for a label.
- Sale items final—no exceptions.
